Inventory Entry
Overview
Inventory Entries are used to record changes to inventory levels, such as stock transfers, opening entries, manufacturing, and stock issues. This feature allows you to track and manage inventory movements.

Navigation path

Field descriptions
The following fields are available on the Inventory Entries page:

Inventory Entry Line Items
The inventory entry line items table has the following fields:

Actions & buttons
The following actions are available on the Inventory Entries page:
- Save: Saves the inventory entry as a draft
- Submit: Submits the inventory entry for final processing
Examples / usage notes
- When creating a new inventory entry, ensure that the required fields (Date, Transaction Type, and at least one line item) are accurately populated.
- Use the Transaction Type field to specify the type of inventory entry.
- The Default From Warehouse and Default To Warehouse fields determine the default warehouses for stock transfers.
