CRM Reports
Overview
CRM reports provide valuable insights into sales activities, lead generation, and conversion rates. Our accounting software offers four reports to help you analyze sales performance:
- Sales Activities Report: A summary of sales activities, leads generated, and tasks assigned over a specified period.
- Leads By Source: A report on leads grouped by their source, including conversion rates and sales performance.
- Leads By Status: A report on leads organized by their current status in the sales process.
- Leads By Owner: A report on sales performance by owner, including lead generation, conversion rates, and cumulative sales.
Who uses it: Accountants, bookkeepers, and finance staff use sales reports to analyze sales performance and make informed decisions.
When to use it: Use sales reports to track sales activities, identify trends, and optimize sales strategies.
Navigation Path
To access sales reports, follow these steps:
- Log in to your accounting software.
- Navigate to the CRM dashboard.
- Click on the "Reports" tab.
- Select the desired report from the list.
Sales Activities Report
Overview
The Sales Activities Report provides a summary of sales activities, leads generated, and tasks assigned over a specified period.

Leads By Source
Overview
The Leads By Source report groups leads by their source, including conversion rates and sales performance.
