Examples / Usage Notes

For example, you might create a lead for a potential customer who has expressed interest in your product or service. The lead would include the contact information, opportunity value, and probability of sale.

After creating leads, a lead dashboard will guide further interactions with the potential client. The main body of the dashboard lists all the interactions and tasks assigned to the lead.
