Using the CRM
Acquiring and retaining customers is central to the goals of any business. To that end, Bench provides a simple interface for tracking leads and their related tasks and interactions to organize customer relations management.
The CRM is accessible from the CRM Module. From there, a CRM dashboard allows sales representatives to manage the process of acquiring customers. The dashboard provides some KPI (key performance indicators) such as the number of active leads, open tasks and the sales rep with the most leads. It also provides a sales funnel that compares leads, quotations and invoices. Finally, a basic sales forecast uses the sum of each lead's probability multiplied by its opportunity to provide an estimate of future sales.
